Cianfanelli Petrucci Marcello was born in 1922 in Ariccia, Province of Rome. Son of Enrico Cianfanelli and Evelina Petrucci. He arrived in Costa Rica in 1952 to work at CICAIL (Italo-Costa Rican Agricultural and Industry Company), in Moravia de Chirripó. That same year he went to work in the Colonia de San Vito. The arrival of her family was in September 1952, she was one of the first three to arrive in the nascent Colony. His wife Bruna Sordini born in 1930 in Ariccia, Province of Rome and their son Massimo. The family was completed with the birth of Enrica Patricia, Vincenzo, Elisabetta Antonella, Sandra Deborah and Roberto Evelino born in Costa Rica. He worked as a driver for SICA, he was one of the three truck drivers who participated in the construction of the San Vito Giulio Sansonetti airport. He also developed activities in grocery trading, merchandise transport and coffee farmer. He returned to Italy with the family in 1960 and returned to Costa Rica in 1964.
