He was born on March 19, 1938 in Poggio Moiano, Province of Rieti. He arrived in 1955 with his father Domenico Papili Pedrocchi and his siblings: Armandina, Ernesto and Pascua. All of them born in Cittaducale, Province of Riete. He came single and in 1964 he got married. He had a son named Guiseppe Papili Arias. He was a coffee farmer and merchandise transporter.
