Pepa Garofoli Mario. He was born in 1931 in Castelfidardo, Province of Ancona. Son of Vincenzo Pepa and Maddalena Garofali. He arrived in San Vito in January 1953, single. He married remotely by proxy to Blandina Bovieri Ori, born in Priverno, Latina. They met in San Vito in 1955. Two sons were born to the Pepa Bovieri family in San Vito: Vincenzo and Armando. He worked as a tractor driver for the SICA and was part of the group that worked on the construction of the Giulio Sansonetti Airport. Later he was a coffee farmer
